Fees are dependent on the services needed by each client. Rates are established for One Time, Block, or Contract and are defined below.

One Time:
When client is in need of assistance for a specific task of duration lasting less than 30 days, a One Time arrangement can be made.

Invoice will be issued when the task is completed. There is a minimum charge for 2 hours @ $30.00/hour. Additional time will be billed at half hour increments.

Advances are required if PHC Services will incur $50.00 or more in expenses on behalf of the client.

Block:
When client is in need of a Personal Assistant for varying ongoing tasks of unknown duration, a Block of time can be purchased. A minimum of 10 hours is required and can be used over a 6-month period. Rates are discounted to $27.00/hour.

Invoice will be issued monthly showing hours used during the month, tasks performed, and balances.

Payment is due when PHC Services is hired. No contract is needed but a receipt will be given to client for the hours purchased.

Corporate Contracts:
A Corporate Contract is required when a corporation is providing recurring Personal Assistant/Errand services to their employees such as dry cleaning pick up and delivery or ticket purchasing, etc. The process is as follows:

  1. Initial meeting with client to define requirements such as the type of service needed, frequency of service, number of employees projected and the length of contract.
  2. The number of hours at client site, the number of stops to make and the distances involved determine fees.

Once requirements are finalized, a fee schedule can be developed and the contract signed. Invoice will be issued monthly showing number of employees using the service, tasks, and hours. Contract may be reviewed every 3 months.

 
 
 
   
At this time we only accept cash or checks. A $50 charge will be assessed for any returned checks.

 
 
 
   
Our service area is a 15 mile radius of Northville, Michigan. An excess mileage charge will be applied for services outside that area.
